Aloha Conference Center
- Location: Hickam AFB, Oahu, Hawaii
- Client: PACAF – 15th Squadron Contracting Office
Description of Project: Exterior historic renovation including concrete walkways, stone lanais, rock veneer and decorative metal work. Interior work comprised of selective demolition, new concrete slabs, new CMU walls, SCIF assembly systems, painting and extensive finish carpentry (maple wainscot, finish trims and custom furniture).
Renovate Building 1200 Conference Room
- Location: Hickam AFB, Oahu, Hawaii
- Client: PACAF – 15th Squadron Contracting Office
Description of Project: Interior renovation of an existing conference room within an occupied building. Work entailed selected demolition, interior finishes, refurbishment of ventilation/electrical systems, installation of an A/V system and extensive finish carpentry.
Hickam Par 3 Pro Shop
- Location: Hickam AFB, Oahu, Hawaii
- Client: PACAF – 15th Squadron Contracting Office
Description of Project: Renovation and addition to an existing golf pro shop. Exterior work included grading, landscaping, concrete work, CMU walls, and roofing. Interior work entailed selective demolition, drywall, painting, interior finishes and finish carpentry work.
