A major Client that we service on a regular basis is Tripler Army Medical Center. Performing many renovation type construction activities requires a heightened sensitivity towards the hospital environments. This requires DBS to be proactive in the way work is performed.
Building 672 – Traumatic Brain Injury Clinic, Tripler Army Medical Center

Description of Project: Renovation of an existing building to upgrade the facility to the TAMC standards including a new layout of space to accommodate the end-user’s requirements. Work include selected exterior and interior demolition, new finishes throughout, refurbishment of electrical/plumbing/mechanical systems, upgrading existing fire alarm system, replacement of an existing A/C chiller and installation of a new fire sprinkler system to meet UFC standards.
Replacement of 8G Mechanical Room Louvers

Description of Project: The scope of work for this project entailed the removal of existing louvers and its metal frames with new ones. This project was challenging due to the required crane lifts to supply material to a very difficult location within the main building. In addition, work was performed while the medical center was fully operational.
