Repair Secondary Digester

  • Location:  Schofield Wastewater  Treatment Plant, Wheeler Army Airfield, Hawaii
  • Client:  Army Corps of Engineers

Description of Project:   Demolish and remove existing secondary digester floating cover.  Remove and dispose sludge.  Repair supernatant injector system.  Repair concrete tank.  Replace floating cover with new steel cover.  Repair access ways, ladders and upgrade flow alarm systems.  Interior sealant coatings, and exterior painting and concrete crack repairs.

  • Client:  Army Corps of Engineers

Description of Project:  Design-Build contract for the replacement of existing underground 11.5 kV distribution circuit in the Earhart area of Hickam AFB.  This included the installation of new duct lines, replacement of transformers/switches and testing of all installed systems.

Description of Project:  Construction of a 4,000 square foot reinforced concrete munitions storage facility.  Additional work also include the site work, site electrical, security fencing lighting protection system and intrusion detection system.

Description of Project:    Soldiers Chapel is actually two churches conjoined in its present state.  The first section originally commissioned by Queen Liliuokalani and built in 1913 while the second section was built in 1920.  The Design-Build project required major refurbishment of damaged interior/exterior finishes, an office/restroom addition and ADA accessibility to comply with the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966.  Its completion marked the return of a vital part of the Base's history.
