Aloha Conference Center

Description of Project: Exterior historic renovation including concrete walkways, stone lanais, rock veneer and decorative metal work. Interior work comprised of selective demolition, new concrete slabs, new CMU walls, SCIF assembly systems, painting and extensive finish carpentry (maple wainscot, finish trims and custom furniture).
Ford Island Building 89 Conference Center

Description of Project: A renovated historic 1942 theater construction began with the demolition of the building's existing structural elements left in place. All new cast-in-place concrete work was done to build back the exterior walls and new structural steel frame for the roof support structure. The interior work consisted of a re-creation of the historic ticket booth and numerous other areas to create a state of the art conference center.
Renew Building 679, Schofield Barracks

Description of Project: A Historic renovation of existing building to refurbish the exterior elevations per the Schofield’s Base Historic Preservation Office (BHPO) requirements. Interior work consisted of updating the existing layout/finishes which required hazardous material abatement and selected demolition.
